இரண்டு வெவ்வேறு சாதிகளைச் சேர்ந்த பெற்றோருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் குழந்தைகளின் சாதி சான்றிதழ் வழங்கல் - தெளிவுபடுத்தல்கள் -

 கலப்பு திருமணம் செய்து கொண்ட பெற்றோரின் குழந்தைகளுக்கு, இருவரில் ஒருவரின் சாதி அடிப்படையில் சாதிச் சான்றிதழ் அளிக்கலாம் என தமிழகஅரசு மீண்டும் தெளிவுபடுத்தி உள்ளது.

இதுகுறித்து பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர் நலத்துறை செயலர் சந்திரமோகன் வெளியிட்ட அரசாணை வருமாறு:

ORDER:

Vide G.O read above, Government have been extending certain concessions to the members of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Backward classes from time to time and orders were issued stating that children born out of Inter-caste marriages, shall be considered to belong to either the community of the father or the community of the mother according to the declaration of the parents

2) Various requests have now been received by the Government to issue community certificates to children bom out of inter caste marriages, based on the caste of either the father or the mother.

3) The Government after careful examination hereby clarifies that the children born out of marriage between parents of two different castes shall be considered to belong to either the case of the father or the caste of the mother based on the declaration of the parent/s.

4) Based on this declaration of the parentis, Revenue authorities are hereby instructed to issue appropriate Community Certificates (Backward Classes/Most Backward Classes/ Denotified Communities Other Backward Classes! Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe for Government of Tamil Nadu Government of India) to such children according to their eligibility, by virtue of belonging to such a caste.

5) The Commissioner of Revenue Administration is requested to give suitable instructions to the Community Certificate issuing Authorities as per the clarification issued in para 4 above.

 மேலே படித்த GO ஐக் காண்க, பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினர், பட்டியல் சாதியினர் மற்றும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினரின் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு அரசாங்கம் அவ்வப்போது சில சலுகைகளை வழங்கி வருகிறது, மேலும் சாதி-திருமணங்களில் இருந்து பிறந்த குழந்தைகள், இரண்டையும் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் என்று கருதப்படும் என்று உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது.  பெற்றோரின் அறிவிப்பின்படி தந்தையின் சமூகம் அல்லது தாயின் சமூகம்

 2) தந்தை அல்லது தாயின் சாதியின் அடிப்படையில், சாதியினருக்கு இடையிலான திருமணங்களில் இருந்து வெளியேறும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு சமூகச் சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்குமாறு அரசாங்கத்தால் இப்போது பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகள் வந்துள்ளன.

 3) கவனமாக பரிசோதித்த பின்னர், இரண்டு வெவ்வேறு சாதிகளின் பெற்றோருக்கு இடையேயான திருமணத்திலிருந்து பிறந்த குழந்தைகள் பெற்றோர் / கள் அறிவிப்பின் அடிப்படையில் தந்தையின் வழக்கு அல்லது தாயின் சாதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் என்று கருதப்படுவார்கள் என்பதை இதன்மூலம் தெளிவுபடுத்துகிறது.

 4) பெற்றோரின் இந்த அறிவிப்பின் அடிப்படையில், வருவாய் அதிகாரிகள் தகுந்த சமூக சான்றிதழ்களை (பின்தங்கிய வகுப்புகள் / மிகவும் பின்தங்கிய வகுப்புகள் / குறிக்கப்பட்ட சமூகங்கள் பிற பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்புகள்! இந்திய அரசு தமிழக அரசுக்கு பட்டியல் சாதி / பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினர்) வழங்குமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.  குழந்தைகள் தங்கள் தகுதிக்கு ஏற்ப, அத்தகைய சாதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்.

 5) மேலே உள்ள பாரா 4 இல் வழங்கப்பட்ட தெளிவுபடுத்தலின் படி சமூக சான்றிதழ் வழங்கும் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு பொருத்தமான வழிமுறைகளை வழங்க வருவாய் நிர்வாக ஆணையர் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்.
